Does anyone else suffer with this? If so, which products, foods or supplements have you found most effective for dealing with it? Thank you.

I have pretty bad eczema on my hands and feet, and I'm currently cutting out dairy, which seems to help me. Also, Aveeno cream is quite good. Nothing beats steroid cream, but I don't really like using it, and the minute I stop the eczema comes back anyway, so I'm trying to find the cause.

Thank you for your reply. I have heard lots of people recommending Aveeno recently. I mainly get it on my scalp and back and sometimes on my face. I am considering limiting my dairy but would find it hard!

Just started a thread really, really recommending MooGoo for eczema on the face. They will send a free sample and it has totally cleared up my face where I have avoided using steroids (mostly). A bit expensive for large areas but really works. Also, swear by dead sea salt baths but make sure you get the real thing - sold by the Sedbergh Soap Company amongst others. Hands and feet seem to respond to just lots of moisture and a bit of hydrocortisone.

i had to have phototherapy on my hands and feet for my chronic eczema. i have tired all steriods under the sun! i had it constanty on my hand and feet for 6 yrs constantly, until i was sick from work with stress and my hands all cleared up!

i think it took for it to actaully all go, so that now it stays way! although a tiny bit still on my feet. i do also think that aveeno is very good.

I am definitely going to buy some Aveeno tomorrow. It is always a bonus when reasonably priced and easily available products are recommended! Thank you.
