I think I have diabetes

I will make a GP appointment. But what do you think...
I have symptoms I have been putting down to early menopause, but I'm not so sure.
I need to wee constantly. Hourly at least and up 4-5 times during night.
I feel nauseous late morning every day.
I get shaky/need to eat feelings.
I have weird headaches most days.
I get sweaty and really hot at odd times
I have terrible night sweats.
I have tremors - mostly in my hands but sometimes my head which vary in intensity.
I really thought I was pre-menopausal til someone noticed my tremors and mentioned diabetes.
It is in my family - but these symptoms are many months ongoing. Wouldn't diabetes have shown itself more dramatically by now? That's why I think it is menopause related - ongoing with no dramatic changes.
Can anyone advise?
I know I need to see my GP but until I do - I just want experiential musings so I konw if I'm on track.
Many thanks.

It could be either really. A quick dip test will show if you have sugar in your urine. Best to see your gp and find out!
