I have the same thing - no amount of sleep seems to help. GP can't find anything wrong. Hope someone has some ideas!

B12 deficiency? I had that for ages before I realised.

I have the same, the only difference being I've been like this since I was a teen. My mother brought me to the doctors countless times but nothing ever showed on blood tests other than mild anaemia but iron supplements don't make a scrap of difference.

how did you stumble onto B12 Abra? I feel like this..tired all the time..think mine is a post-stress / viral thingy...

A BUPA health check picked it up in a blood test. I had no idea at all that this was the problem: thought it was iron.

Sub-lingual B12 was what he recommended. I think it helps and have been taking it for two years now. A recent blood test indicated that it had sorted things out.
