had the mirena coil removed and still feel pregnant

I wondered if anyone has had the same issues. lots of side effects after having the mirena coil fitted in July 2011. gopt it removed on 4th october 2011 after having all the normal pregnancy symptoms (i have a 2 yr old) second day after having it removed i bled really heavily for 3 days and it seems to have stopped, however i am still feeling nauseous, dizzy, tired all the time with metallic taste in my mouth and wondered if it is likely i could be pregnant? had done 2 pregnancy tests befopre i had it removed and both came back negative!!!
could i be pregnant? has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Im not sure that's normal, best get it checked out. My sister had her coil removed after having bad side effects from it, she said as soon as she had it out, she felt normal again. Hope you get it sorted out very soon.
