Best thing for a painful shoulder?

Woke up yesterday with painful shoulder, no idea what ice done/if I've pulled it but gradually went away but popped back a couple of times during the day.

This morning dd has woken for the toilet and ouch it is back!

Oh and I'm 39+4 pregnant so don't like taking anything. What's the best thing for it? Dd is 3.5 so resting it completely isn't really gonna happen either, it's a lost cause really isn't it confused
