I'm 8.5 months post partum. I do a lot of exercise, have lost almost all the baby fat and back to size 8-10 but my stomach depresses me. It's not huge, but it was flat, and now it's just...doughy. A band of dough.
I am doing pilates etc etc
Not seeing much change.
Any advice?
