Will my stomach always be doughy? (pissed off emoticon)

I'm 8.5 months post partum. I do a lot of exercise, have lost almost all the baby fat and back to size 8-10 but my stomach depresses me. It's not huge, but it was flat, and now it's just...doughy. A band of dough.

I am doing pilates etc etc

Not seeing much change.

Any advice?

The plank is really good, just remember to breathe in when you're holding the position. envy that you're back in shape in under a year!
