I have probably had 2-3 bottles of wine over the last week.. Thats quite bad isnt it?
I am fit, not overweight and keep fit everyday, in the gym, cycling and swimming for at least an hour. (Bit of a fitness aholic really)
DS has been away at dads all week so I let my hair down. Last night was 5 glasses of wine. Hungover today and felt pretty grim.
Opinions please (but no jokers/wise cracks please)

If it's a one off, it's not likely to have long-term effect.

Well I am 46 in a couple of weeks and I was drunk on Thursday night. I had a shocking hangover on Friday but a fish finger sandwich on white with tommy k and chips soon sorted it out grin

I don't see anything wrong with it once in a while.

Thanks guys, I do intend to stay off the wine now for at least 3-5 days. If I have the discipline I will stay off until next weekend. . . .hmm

Fish finger sandwiches deserve mayo and mustard.

And getting a bit tipsy once in a while is good for the soul.

I had two bottles of beer last night and I kid you not I felt both of them
I don't have the tolerance I used to.
