Bloating?

Every evening after I've eaten I end up looking about 6 months pregnant.
I've suffered with IBS for years and expect a bit of bloating now and again but this is verging on the ridiculous.

My tummy is rock hard from just below my boobs to my bikini line, it doesn't hurt (unless poked!) but honestly it looks massive.

I try and avoid wheat but don't religiously look at all ingredients.
Does this sound like an intolerance do you think?

I know I should see GP but you need to be half dead to get an appointment.

You need to see your GP. Smile

Definitely see your GP.

One thing that triggers my IBS is eating too many carbs. You say you try and avoid wheat, but I would extend this to potatoes, rice and sugar as well.

Caffeine can also be a culprit in terms of triggering the stomach cramping, and hot, spicy food doesn't help. A shame because I love both!

It's important to see your GP. I don't mean to scare you but my lovely neighbour had bowel cancer, the only symptom she had was bloating. It should be checked out.

Thanks for replies.

Will bite the bullet and ring GP next week, I hate going as I always feel I'm time wasting.
