Didn't eat anything on Friday cos I couldn't face it (probably stress more than anything). Didn't drink much either (but I am not a big drinker typically 500ml a day max).

I only had a few biscuits yesterday cos I was wallowing in bed all day. Again v little fluid.

I need to get up, do some housework and go to Tesco but feel really light headed and woozy.

I know it is stupid. I know it is.my fault. I know I need to eat and drink something ASAP...what would be most beneficial?

(and I can't drink plain water)

COmplex carbs with a bit of protein - cheese sandwich on brown? Fruit juice for quick kick.

And you feel woozy because your blood pressure is low from lack of fluids, so drink anything ytou want.

If you can be arsed with blenders etc, make a banana and peanut butter smoothie. All you need in one big glass. And yummers

Can't be arsed with much atm. I feel quite drunk actually.

Now have a big drink in front of me. No milk though so no cereal.

You need a big blast of carbs, fat, protien and salt. Cheese on toast will do it. Also lots of water or tea. Steer clear of anything sugary as it will make you crash.

Ok, going to try and finish my squash and then try cheese and beans on toast.

I have just got to the point now where eating is making me feel sick, but I will do it slowly.
