The British Heart Foundation are holding a massive Zumbathon for all ages and abilities at the Don Valley Stadium on the 10th July 2011.
It's only £5 (plus any sponsorship you would like to obtain - you're under no obligation to raise any though!) to join in and for that you'll get 50 minutes of a fully choreographed zumba class.
Would you like to join in, get fit and raise some deperately needed money for the BHF?
Please reply to me if you want any more details about the event, would like to know where to register or would just like to know why I'm trying to persuade you all to join in!
