Any toddler poo colour experts there?

My 18 month old ds has had pale coloured poop for a while now. He also looks a bit pale in the face recently.

Would this say to you he has too much milk?

Also, how do I get more meat down him? He rejects a lot of red meat.

Do i need to keep doing teeny portions of well cut soft meat?

Any other ideas on getting iron into a toddler?

At 4 years old my ds still hates chewing meat and usually ends up chewing it for several minutes before emptying his mouth. If it gets to the stage where I think he's not eating enough I just blitz his meat in the processor with gravy and pour it onto some veg. As for the pooh, i'm no expert but when my dc were replacing too many meals with milk their poos did look a bit pale.

Have you looked at Annabel Karmel's 'new complete baby and toddler meal planner', has lots of advice and tasty recipes.

Thanks for reply.

I do have that somewhere. I got bored of the recipes but will plan next weeks meals from it.

Feel Blush as I can't be bothered with a blender sometimes. I will do it from now on.
