Feeling very unwell, but can't pinpoint what is worng

I ahve a headache - but also have got HBP and am on new meds for it so it could be that.
Very tired - again have Fibromyalgia and fatigue is a symptom
Sore throat
sore neck
mouth ulcers
sore ear which goes down neck IYSWIM?
slightly raised temp
