teeth and spots ?

my usually very happy dd (11mths) has been very grumpy lately and her chin has become very spotty. i think she is teething (mollars). Has any of our mumsnet babies cut teeth and been spotty at the same time ? is it a common symptom ?

definitely! it is probably also because of drooling?which comes with the teething!

doesn't drool much, and the spots are creeping up her cheeks a bit I noticed today. Thanks Donnie
