Is it worth booking flights now for May 2006 OR will it be possible to get them cheaper nearer the time (not talking last minute, but maybe Nov/Dec time).

For 5 of us (1 infant)to Palma Majorca from Manchester, the cheapest I've got is £1157 (want a decent time of day - these go at 7am)

Sorry don't know the answer to that but maybe you could help me with a question. Friends of mine are going to Australia next year and want to know if you can book flight tickets in advance then pay in installments? Sorry to hijack your thread!!!

They could do it with a credit card.

GDG - me again, not following you honest . I've been looking for May 2006 and a lot of the cheap airlines haven't released them yet so I'm going to wait.

Spursmum - not heard of that - mine always go on my flexible friend!

Oh really. Hmm, OK, will wait till later.

Anyway potty1, you always have loads of good answers! I'm off to Running Bear on Saturday for some new trainers!

I go with Potty1, I too am looking for flights for May & Jun 06. Scheduled main carriers are probably going to go up rather than down but budget airline (poor timing but cheap)does not realease flights until Nov!

Keep on running

What date were you looking at?

For 2 adults, 2 under 12's & 1 infant it's £706 Here

The times aren't too bad either - late evening so the kids might sleep!

There's another one here for £528 - but I've never heard of the airline!
