Can he just sit on our laps? What about take off and landing? And how much do we pay for him?

I think that under 2s go free so long as they sit on your lap.

a child under two - wether it has it own seat or not has to sit on your knee for take off and landing.

you don't have to have a seat for them as long as they aren't two on there return date of your hol.

Most companies charge the same price for a seat for an adult as they do for a child.

I thought most compaines charge one fee for under 2s (an 'admin' fee) - usually about £29 on euro flights. If you use cheapy airlines baby can end up being loads more expensive than mummy!!!
