i have a question about travel insurance plaaes oh wise ones...............................

You have to read the small print. You are really not going to get much cover from a cheap policy.

If you have pre-existing medical conditions, these cheap policies won't cover you.

With the recent airline collapse, cheap policies did not cover the cost of the tickets.

We pay £200 for a very good annual policy - we got it when DD had a hospital admission for asthma within a year of our travel, which excluded us from most policies.

DP has a longstanding physical health condition and we got travel insurance for our holiday within the EU to cover medical treatment, emergency flights home, luggage loss, delays - the usual stuff - for £26 for two adults and 2 children - seemed okay to me (Columbus)
