Go to \link{} type in Paris select hotels and it will give you the top 100 rated by actual people who have been there. It gives reviews of the property etc. We never go abroad without consulting this site first.

just came back from paris yesterday. stayed at the mercure tour eiffel, booked via airmiles. it is a recently upgraded 4* hotel and when we booked (although this was back in november), they still had the 3* prices. it is located right opposite a metro station (dupleix) and only a 5 minutes stroll to the eiffel tower. nice hotel and if you don't mind a smoking room, you can request for one that overlooks the eiffel tower.
