(3 Posts)Silly question - Booked flights in Feb for holiday in August. Bought single trip insurance for three people shortly after booking. Flights cancelled in June. Airline refunded 100%. Do I leave the insurance or do I cancel it and get a refund?
I'm confused, why would you not cancel it for a refund?
Because between taking out the policy in February and the flights being cancelled in June, I had the benefit of the cover should anything have happened such as illness, broken leg etc. I thought perhaps it was already active a refund wasn't applicable.
