I phoned expedia, they said even though the flight is cancelled thru need easyjet to inform them so they can refund us. When I tried to arrange refund through easyjet manage my booking, it says if you booked through expedia go through them. Tried phoning easyjet, impossible to speak to anyone, also virtual chat can't get through. Flights paid by debit card, booked ages ago. Am really fed up with this.
