are there pre-paid cards that can be uploaded with cash. do they last several years? what if moneys is not used on the card within that time? Thank you
You would be better looking at the terms and conditions from the actual provider.
Most do expire, eg 2 years. Many charge inactivity fees, so for example if you left £40 on the card it would be gone in 20 months at £2 per month charge.
