(11 Posts)We are booked on flights to Italy in two weeks time. FCO advice is not to travel and Ryanair say they have emailed everyone offering them the choice of making alternative bookings or money back. I haven't received any email and when I go online it invites me to check in. I don't want to! I also don't want to lose out on my money. Any advice?
Give them a phone and see what they say.
Maybe the emails have gone to those checked in? As you haven’t they may assume you aren’t traveling and therefore don’t have to give you an alternative?
There’s no harm in indication you are available should things change as it were
Telephone.
Call Ryanair.
Do not go to Italy.
Thanks all for your good advice. I will call tomorrow. So sad not to be going tho 😞
We’re booked up and haven’t had our email yet, on website still saying flight not cancelled. Going to try and call in the morning.
Update:
I got a text!
Good news OP! Just need ours now, fingers crossed it comes through soon, but we’re not due to fly until 8th April.
