Reccomendations for family resort with 3/4 bed apartments

Hello! I am not sure if what I'm looking for exists but we are planning a holiday in June next year with both sets of grandparents and 2 dc 2 & 4.

We would like somewhere that has all the amenities of a hotel (on site restaurants, kids club, splash park/slides etc) but that has villas/apartments with self-catering fascilities and preferably 4 bedrooms and an outside area or two interconnecting 2 bed apartments. 3 bed could also work but we wanted the kids to have their own room preferably.

We are flexible on location, somewhere in europe, close to a beach and a town. Doesn't have to be loads goinf on in the town but a few bars and restaurants would be a plus.
