HolidayGenie, Anyone Used??

I'm hoping to book a Disney Florida holiday for next year for me and 2 DCs, I've been doing a lot of pricechecking and it seems a site called HolidayGenie has cheap prices for flights/hotels packages. Google brings up a lot of negative reviews about this company. Anybody know if they are okay or is one to avoid like the plague? TIA

Cheap is not always cheerful. Would avoid. They do not appear to be members of ABTA either so are another reason for avoiding.

Onerous terms and conditions, you can easily do what they do yourself. I would book online and direct with both the airline and the hotel directly.
