(5 Posts)Hey guys. So going on our first holiday with baby abroad this year and sending off for his passport.
He's 1, a friend has tried putting her babies passport into the post office and they have said they need child's grandparents information?
Anybody got any info on this?
As it says absolutely nothing in the help booklet about it!
Tia
I did our applications online, they do ask for grandparents name, place and date or birth I believe.
If the information isn’t available there is a place to explain that.
I think it depends on when you were born.
Parents born after ???1981???? Need to give grandparents details.
Bottom of page 17 here
Found it thank you!
We have both provided British passport details so won't need any of these!
