Start using Mumsnet PremiumCanada ETA question re ds.
(5 Posts)Does anyone know whether my son needs an eta for Canada? I'm Canadian / British dual citizen and have both passports so I'm ok but ds is 7 and only has a British passport. Do I need to get an eta for just him? I can't see advice for children anywhere on the Canadian government website.
I went 2 years ago and both my kids needed them. I’m not Canadian,we all hold british passports. I would have thought he’d need one
I think you need it yes. He doesn't have a Canadian passport.
Thank you for your replies. I got it for him, it was much easier than I thought it would be.
So, just in case anyone else was wondering he definitely did need an eta.
