(5 Posts)Hi everyone,
This is my first mumsnet post so apologies if I do anything wrong!!
I am looking to go for a nice UK weekend break, preferably in a little cottage.
I had my baby girl when I was 16 and I am now 20 and she is 4. We are the best of friends, we have done family holidays yearly with my Dad but I am turning 21 in March and would like a nice little break with just me and my daughter.
Just wondering if anyone could recommend websites to look on where I would find a nice country break suitable for a 4 year old?
Just going for 2 nights as don't want to take her out of school.
Thanks in advance for any help x
I look at air b and b for kid friendly stuff.
Lyme Regis or Charmouth would be fun, you could look for fossils. Do you have any inset days you could use to make it a longer weekend? At that age the odd day off wont matter.
Thanks for the recommendations guys!
I know I wouldn't mind taking her out of school but they're very strict with only allowing students 7 days off a year - and we have a holiday booked for beginning of July!! Nightmare
Where abouts in the country are you, you don't want to travel too far.
