Weekend away in Scotland with a one year old (recommendations please!)

Just that, really! I'd like to find somewhere in Scotland, ideally not more than a couple of hours' drive from Glasgow, where I can go for a weekend away with my husband and 12 month old daughter.

Ideally we'd like somewhere where there are activities on site or nearby to entertain the wee one (not yet walking independently), and where the activities aren't all dependant on good weather, as we plan to go in late September. Family friendly places to eat also a must, although would be happy with SC accommodation I don't want to cook all of the food.

Does such a place exist? Has anyone done a similar weekend and had a nice time?
