Looking for weekend away with DH, Surrey, Hampshire or Sussex

We have the opportunity to go away without children and would like somewhere with good rooms, good food and maybe a spa. Budget is around £500. Can anyone recommend somewhere?

Alexander House Hotel turner's hill is meant to be lovely have wanted to try for ages but we only live 15 mins away!

Try one of the Pig Hotels, gorgeous, with amazing food, no spa but they do have treatment rooms.
