Anyone know what happens if a holiday is booked and paid for four people and one does not travel? I wouldn't expect a refund and it's not covered by insurance but it cause a problem? Might they charge to cancel? Also, what if I cancel a booking for 3 people and re- book four, is there any chance Thomsons would let me transfer the deposit?
I wouldn't have thought there would be a problem if three turned up instead of four, there always seem to be 'no shows' when we fly.
No idea about transfering the deposit, but Thomson always like to extract the last penny from you, so don't hold your breath. All you can do is ask. Or try reposting on 'Chat' , much more traffic and a Thomson expert might answer.
