Child Sun Protection Questionnaire

Hi, I was wondering whether you could help me. I study design in Manchester, and am entering a competition in which I hope to win. I need some general questions answered to further my research for the product in which I have invented for children. It would be ideal if the questionnaire was answered by parents who take their children abroad on holiday. Although the questionnaire may seem somewhat trivial and simple, the answers you give will definitely help in bringing my design to the market.

I can't tell you too much about the product, however I really appreciate any responses to my questionnaire. Who knows, you could be helping out future generations.
