Jet lag tips? Five hours back for hols/Five hours ahead coming home : dd (8)

My jet lag tip for adults is set your watch to destination time when you leave; try and follow local time pattern as best you can; let circadian rythmn/the sun do its job. It will sort itself out.
Never travelled across time zones with a child (dd is 8). Any specific tips for children?. She's an early riser by nature.
