DD's passport photo

Her first passport was issued when she was five and now she's fourteen. If the renewal is for a 11-15 yr old it says it doesn't need a counter signature on the new photo if she's recognisable.
What do they mean? She's obviously younger looking, but same freckles and same coloured hair. Should I find someone to sign it in case? (Hassle as I want to post them tomorrow!)

We didn't need a counter signatory from dd's baby one. As long as she is still recognisable it should be fine.

I would get it countersigned to save it being sent back.

grin both passports came in the post today, no counter signatures required.

The way I'm feeling today though I'd rather go somewhere on my own.
