Taking the boys to Disneyland in the next holidays and was just wondering if it was worth the money and how long it lasted, eating and show together - would the 9.30pm show be too late for a 5 year old?

We went to the earlier (6pm ish) one and the kids (then almost 3 and 6) loved it. dd was free as she was under 3 ! Thought it was great value for money, food a bit basic but hot and filling, seating a bit cramped and an entertaining, but perhaps not the most ethically correct, show. It does last a couple of hours though so 9.30 would finish late.

we went when our daughter was 3 and she didnt like it, they are not exactly nice to the horses, i suppose it depends on your child! its very noisy as you have tin cups and they get the whole place to bang them on the bench your eating from so becomes v loud! food is chickendrumsticks and corn on the cob cant remember what else x i also would reccomend earlier one as more adults or older children go to late one and therefore gets more rowdy

We really enjoyed it, that was about 6 yrs ago. It was the best food we had all weekend, chilli, chicken, corn bread etc. endless coke or beer.

The show is really good and i wouldn't say the horses are mistreated. No worse than making them perform dressage.

It is very noisy nd a bit dusty, the seating area is a bit dark as you would expect. 5yr old should love it, younger kids you would have to sus out how they would be with the noise.
