Our DD will be going to a secondary school with the 5 term system, and so will have 4 week summer holidays and then 2 weeks in early October, Dec, March and May, which means we could benefit from cheaper holiday prices, and be able to do some interesting holidays. We are a pretty active family. So although we don't ski, DD would like to learn, so perhaps we could go somewhere with a ski school for her and walking for us in March. Or I was thinking about Morocco as well in March. Also water sports in May and October Can anyone on a similar system recommend some good holidays they have done with their secondary aged children?
Florida keys was fab with our 3 teens. water sports, snorkelling the reef, lovely cycle rides and walks, trip to the everglades and it never gets over 100 so perfect for all of us. fly into Miami and drive 1.5 hours. fancy doing Barcelona and that part of spain touring. also city breaks like rome which we all also enjoy.
