cannot install new msn

happened to anyone else, seriously driving me barmy. have tried re-installing it but will just not work

Do you mean MSN messenger or something else?

(Just curious - sometimes people {like me} like to have things spelt out... may also find there are alternatives which might work in the interim if one knows what you are on about... I remember a chat client called Trillian which worked with AOL IM, and a few other services, ICQ perhaps...)
