I have downloaded an image onto my PC from SOMEWHERE on the internet. I have the original image name but can't for the life of me remember which website I got it from. Before I use it I want to check who owns it. Is there anyway anyone knows of tracking down where images come from? (Google threw up nothing). The image name is aerobicsqy4.jpg.

TIA.

Could you look back through your internet history?

You could also try checking your browsers cache, it might very well have the image in there complete with the URL that it came from.

What browser do you use?

Also, depending on browser (which?) you might have a "download again" (restart) option that could show the domain.

As per BP - find date of image and if recent, there's a chance of checking that day's history if you keep several days.

If you cannot find the site, from what you have, you could use images.google.com/ to search for aerobics pix and possibly see similar (or even the same, with different name).
