Just that really. Is it just a question of connecting it to a port? Which one? Do I need a special AV cable?

Please help me or I'll have to watch it on the matchbox-sized iPod screen.

Dunno. Did you not download it via the laptop then? Into itunes?

Well, it's complicated. I did pay for it and download it properly your honour, but on my enormo-PC, where my Itunes library is. But I Don't have any speakers on that PC. So I wanted to watch it on my laptop (which doesn't have my iTunes library on).

<plugs USB into ear>

Could you just install itunes on the laptop and then plug in your usb cable and shouldn't it update automatically? There's probably a simpler geek solution though...

Use a variation of this, using the movie instead of the iTunes folder:

Woohoo, hello JJ! (How are you finding the US healthcare debate? wink)

Thanks, will have a look.

Ha ha, you will understand if I don't answer on a public forum (eek!).

I really hope you like the movie. I wish I could see it for the first time again!

Thanks - I'm looking forward to it! Have been wanting to watch it all day but have had to wait until kids are safely out of earshot.
