Everything has gone top and bottom. Help?

This morning. Went into the internet this morning and all my tool bar at the top, fav, spell check, print has disappeared. So has the bottom Tool bar, time, email icon etc. How has this happend? It was okay last night! How can I get them back? They are so useful. WHY did it happen? Pls pls help. Thank you in advance

Have you closed your browser and restarted it?

If not, right click on at the top and you will get a list of bar options , select the ones you usually have on. Standard buttons is the one you want.

The one at the bottom, does it come up when you hover at the bottom? If you can get it to appear, you need to right click and select lock the toolbar.

No, I haven't closed my browser. The top does not have the same things it used to I have a Dell and I think it was a dell toolbar, that has gone.
When I hoover at the bottom I get nothing. I used to various icons on the bottom
What should I do now?
