Yet again i seem to have lost far to many hours in Mnet. Is there a way i can program a message to appear to tell me to turn it off. I need some sleep and finding this a little addictive. Mnet life so more interesting and enjoyable then RL at mo. Please Rude message sujections also welcome but implementing most interesting.

I prefer the Sgt Smith from Dad's Army approach...

" Would you mind awfully switching off your computer gadget, say about 10.30pm, making yourself a warm milky drink, and reposing comfortably, to awake refreshed for the next day?"

That sort of thing.

though GS's approach has it's merits...

You can do this by setting up a reminder in Outlook to pop up at anytime you like. You can set it to snooze and remind you again.

It gets quite annoying after three or four times.

Just open your calendar and put it in any of the days and times you want.

Do you have to remember to open outlook when i turn computer on or will it work without relying on my memory?

Im sure that you can get Outlook to start when you turn on your PC but i cannot recall how!

Im sure its something to do with the control panel or something.

Works as in the message comes up, or works as in it actually made you get off the computer?

Ummm... It boots up outlook on its own and outlook flashing nasty messages at me. Working on turning off

I use stickies to do this. It's actually really helpful And having stickies running in the background isn't as big a process as outlook would be (so better for old computers like mine!)
