Please help...I think something BAD has happended to my computer

Whenever I google anything the results come up like this:

Mumsnet
This site may harm your computer.
www.mumsnet.com/ - Similar pages

Never had the "this site may harm your computer" statement before [worried]

When I click the link I get:

You can cut and paste the URLs that it gives into the address bar.

or use Yahoo.
