Can anyone help to put a video clip into powerpoint. What programme should I use to get the correct file extention. Also can I download a youtube video on to powerpoint.

Thank you so much I have got the youtube sussed, that was so helpful. The problem I am having with video clips is that the file extention is not recognised by any editing software so I cant open them to resave with the proper extention. I am working with a charity so cant expect them to buy software.

I think one of the extentions is VIDEO.TS or have I got that wrong.

video-ts is what DVDs are.

Either buy or download a free trial of Adobe Premiere Elements or Corel VideoStudio, or the Open Source HandBrake.
