M3 DS Real - Urgent help needed before I go insane!!

Hi I have bought a M3 DS real and micro SD card. I have been onto the www.m3adapter.com site and downloaded the system to the DS card. I can see the system files on my SD card on my laptop however when I put it in the DS it states No system file found! Put system file in. I have been on this all afternoon trying to sort it out and now don't know what to try.

I need really basic instructions as to how to get this card to work.

When I first turn the DS on I get the normal Nintendo screen and then it goes black and the M3 DS real icon flashes up in the bottom corner before displaying the message abou the system file.

Any help at all appreciated.
