Talk Talk so awful I'm considering going back to paying for my broadband.

I never used to have all this trouble when I paid £19 per month to AOL. Since going onto the free broadband so many things keep going wrong. I loose connection, I can't get on Internet Explorer, I can't get into my ebay account ..... it's a nightmare.

Oh yes, and the iPod I bought DD for her 10th birthday is utterly useless because I can't get iTunes to work.

Any ideas which might help specifically with this rather general rant?
