Help, info needed on printers/copiers

Hi, our pre-school needs something that can print out, copy documents (like a photocopier) and maybe also do photos.
Does such a product exist?
I've looked at photocopiers and they are massive and too expensive.
They just need something to copy any paperwork they receive for the grants (birth certs), instead of having to fork out 5p each copy at the library.
Any suggestions that are quite cheap but good value?

You want an "all-in-one" printer like this.
We've got a Dell one, have no idea which make/model is best etc!

Have a look at the Rymans website. They have a huge selection of printers, with good prices and free P&P.
