My computer is going mad am I about to self implode into a trojan virus hell

My mouse goes mad and programs start opening without me asking them to.

Just now the computer was running itself for about a minute and ended with an error message saying that the victim file could not be installed.

We had an email the other day saying we had paid for some flights on our credit card, we have not and have checked the card has not been used. It came with a zip file which we did not touch.

Perhaps I need to change my antivirus, what is the best one.
