SO I GOES INTO MY EMAIL ANDI KEEP GETTING HUNDREDS OF EMAILS OF SPAM RETURNS OR FROM MAILER DEMON SAYING TO farmhouse@ (then my ususal e mail dets) and its annoying me - ive been into my domain thingy control thingymabaob and changed my password but how do i delete the e mail address as i cant find it - am with sreamline.net....

Ok so i was drowning in emails but now it seems they are peetering off - im told someoen just kindly sent a whole lot of porn spam in my name - should do my reputation no end of good lol!

sounds like you may have a virus on your PC this is the what these little buggers normally do when they infect

my inlaw whos a computer person said some twats just generally send spam but make it look like come form your e mail address so we get all the shite back... grrrrrrrr, seems to be down to just 3 here and there now as opposed to you have 454 new messaged grrrrrrrr - fluck all i can do apparently...

There is a way to prevent it using Sender Policy Framework (SPF) but it's complicated and not everyone agrees that it's the way to go. Every now and then I look at it and think "No, it's too much hassle"

Not me, but I've known people it's happened to and I figure it's a matter of time, so I looked into what you can do.

Personally I think catching and hanging spammers is the real answer.
