Got a new iPhone followed the instructions to transfer from old iPhone but it’s not transferred photos or apps how do I do this now the phone is set up or how do u go back to the start the set up again

That happened to me too. My photos didn't transfer. Gutted - I needed one photo in particular

I would google "apps and photos not transferred to new iphone" you will see many vids etc which may help.
