Can I still access iCloud if I no longer have an iPhone?

Due an upgrade and want to change to a Samsung. If my iPhone is no longer in use, can I still access iCloud? If so then how?

I just don't want to lose my old messages and also wondered if find friends would still work if I logged into iCloud? It's just to access my step daughters whereabouts if needed.

Also what happens to my music that I've bought off Apple Music/I tunes? I really don't want another iPhone but just need to be able to access my music and find friends ideally.

I have photos and videos on google photos so guessing that wouldn't be a problem?

Can you also just log into iCloud from a Samsung phone?

I tried asking the guy in carphone warehouse this morning but he was only interested jn showing me the latest deals rather than answering my questions.
Thanks

There is a web interface for much of what iCloud offers, including find a friend:
www.icloud.com/

However.... There is something called Two Factor Authentication that is, I think, turned on by default, that will send a message an an "authorised device" when you try to use it and will need that device to consent. So you'll need an iPhone, Mac or a PC with iCloud installed on it in order to use it. Or turn it off.

Some more information is here:
support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204915

There is an Android App for Apple Music, the subscription service where you pay monthly, and tunes you've bought. Or install iTunes on a computer and download your purchased music and then put it onto whatever other devices you'd like to hear it on.

You can log into iTunes and iCloud from a laptop, not sure about logging in from other phones.
