Icloud app on pc doesn't recognise password /downloading photos and videos to pc from icloud.

Ds wants to download some videos from his iPhone. He's realised that somewhere along the line he's changed the settings so that his photos are on the icloud rather than his iPhone.

When his photos etc were saved on the phone it was easy to transfer them to the pc. Getting them off the icloud seems like a pain to do it directly - he wants to edit a load so it's taking ages for them to download.

I've downloaded the icloud app for the pc but the password doesn't work. It still works when you log onto the icloud through a browser so it's the right password.

Any ideas? Or easier ways to download videos from the icloud?

(I'm an android user so no idea about apple stuff)
